In-person ticket buyers will receive their ticket numbers at time of purchase.

Ticket cost is $100 each. Tickets are non-refundable.
The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years and over and are licensed drivers.
A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold. If fewer than 500 tickets are sold, the raffle winner will receive a cash prize of $10,000 in lieu of a car.
An individual may purchase up to a maximum of 20 tickets.
Tickets must be filled out in the name of a single individual & all required information must be completed.
The winner is responsible for & must pay all fees & charges including taxes, tags, title & insurance. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The chosen vehicle is a manual transmission base model and the winner will be able to upgrade the equipment or model of Porsche, BMW, or MINI at the winner’s expense. Winner will work with Marc Cohen of Priority One Automotive Group & may have to order the vehicle after being selected.
The winner will be selected at a random drawing the evening of the Jemicy School Auction on April 21, 2018. Entrants do not need to be present to win. In the event a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected. If not claimed within 14 days of notification, the winner designee will forfeit any rights to the vehicle and the same will be awarded to an alternate winner.
By participating in the Raffle, each participant and the winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Jemicy School, its employees & agents, the Raffle’s sponsor and their respective employees & agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Raffle, or from the use of the prize.
Online ticket sales will cease at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2018.
All proceeds from the Raffle will benefit the Jemicy School.
The Jemicy School, Inc. is a nonprofit organization under Section 501 C(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Jemicy School educates talented and bright students with dyslexia or other
related language-based learning differences. The Sapphires & Champagne Gala and
Auction on April 21, 2018,
will celebrate the school’s students and teachers, while raising essential
funds to support Jemicy’s innovative and unique programs.
